Our Team structure is simple but efficient.

Every project has a nominated primary point of contact for the project management and dedicated specialists on site.

These teams work together on site delivery of the project working collaboratively with the client.

On every project we seek to become proactively involved as soon as possible to assist with value engineering, programming and trouble shooting.

Pre commencement

The planning and programming stage is critically important to the ultimate success of any project. From the outset we seek to fully understand the project, from the design to its objectives; from it’s opportunities to its challenges.

To achieve this we visit the site pre-brief to meet the client’s representative, start to develop a good working relationship and establish a single point of contact from both parties to ensure a trust bond is established immediately and that we get to grips with the task.

Delivery

We are focussed on delivering a successful scheme through a constructive relationship with the client and a hand’s on approach to the project via efficient project management and a Team of professional contractors with over 10 years of experience.

Excellent communication is an essential part of any successful project and keeping daily diaries, action reports and weekly reports is key to our approach.

Communication is supported by efficient programming and a rigorous meeting schedule to mitigate any potential risk on the project at hand.

Close-out

The completion of every project is the basis on which we are ultimately judged.

By making the close out phase an integral part of the programme, we ensure that from an early stage everyone understands the objective, the deadlines and the responsibilities in delivering a successful product.

Before finalising close-out we ensure that snagging has been done, training procedures have been carried out and operating manuals are in place and understood.

At the same times the final accounts are completed to give the client peace of mind and the ability to focus on the next tasks at hand.

The final stage of any project is the 12 month follow up which we approach with the same due diligence and commitment as at every other stage.
